– Honor any return/refund agreement made with buyers.
4. Dispute Handling
– Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve issues directly.
– ExsellGambia does not mediate or enforce refunds. Fraudulent sellers may be suspended.
5. No Platform Liability
ExsellGambia is not responsible for damaged, lost, or misrepresented items, seller commitments, or financial losses from transactions.
6. Recommendations
– Meet in safe, public locations.
– Verify product condition before payment.
– Request receipts for high-value purchases.
