For Buyers
1. Do I need an account to buy? – No, buyers can browse and contact sellers via WhatsApp without an account.
2. How do I contact a seller? – Use the WhatsApp button on product pages.
3. Does ExsellGambia handle payments or deliveries? – No, all transactions are between buyer and seller.
4. What if a product isn’t as described? – Contact the seller directly. Refunds are seller’s responsibility.
5. Is it safe to buy? – Verify products, meet in public, and deal with trusted sellers.
For Sellers
6. How do I list products? – Create an account, add details, and include your WhatsApp number.
7. What account types exist? – Normal (5 listings), Private (50), Business (200), Premium (200 with visibility).
8. What happens if my subscription expires? – Your account downgrades and oldest listings are removed.
9. Do I pay commission? – No, only for subscription upgrades.
10. Can I promote products? – Yes, Premium offers priority placement.

11. Does ExsellGambia sell my data? – No.
12. Can ExsellGambia resolve disputes? – No, disputes must be handled directly, but fraudulent sellers may be suspended.
