Commission & Fees Policy
At ExsellGambia, our goal is to provide sellers with affordable and flexible options to list their products and reach buyers. This policy explains how commissions, fees, and subscriptions work on our platform.
1. Listing Fees
– Normal (Free): Up to 5 listings.
– Private: Up to 50 listings.
– Business: Up to 200 listings.
– Premium: Up to 200 listings with extra visibility.
If a subscription expires, the oldest listings will be removed to match the allowed limit.
2. Commission on Sales
– Currently, ExsellGambia does not charge commission on sales.
– Buyers and sellers complete all transactions through WhatsApp.
– If commission is introduced, sellers will be notified in advance.
3. Subscription & Renewal
– Paid tiers (Private, Business, Premium) are subscription-based.
– Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable once activated.
– Renewal reminders may be sent via email or WhatsApp.
4. Payment Methods
We accept subscription payments via bank transfer. Details are provided at upgrade.
5. Refund Policy for Fees
– Subscription fees are non-refundable.
– Payment errors must be reported within 7 days.
6. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy as our services grow.
